We provide multi-channel prep services for your Amazon FBA, FBM, Walmart, Shopify, eBay and Etsy. Our services include but are not limited to loading/unloading products in our warehouse, inspection and sorting, labelling, bundling, polybagging, packaging and shipping them to the fulfillment center or customers.

1. AAY LLC is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
2. AAY LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage of shipment BEFORE the order has been received and AFTER the order has been dispatched from the warehouse.
3. People who are using PREP services from outside US please be considerate of the time difference.
4. Also, we highly recommend against being dishonest about your shipment contents on your label and paperwork. Not only can this put your account at risk for suspension or closure, but your business will be at risk of getting heavily fined by the countries you are importing to.
1. Proceed to the cart to place an order of our products. All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
2. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This may vary according to the number of units.
3. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via courier. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
4. Payment needs to be cleared before any shipment is complete. Payment is through Wise or Paypal only. After 48 hours of delayed payment there would be a late fee charge of $2 with every passing day. After 3 days of late payment fee a warning would be given to hold off services.
